OUR FOUNDER
Originally from London, Josh has spent over 10 years in the property industry - working with leading names like Countrywide UK, Knight Frank, and playing a key role in building Park Lord London. With experience spanning high-volume sales to premium client management, he’s seen first-hand what works - and more importantly, what doesn’t.
After relocating to Dubai, he quickly noticed a gap in the market. Too many deals were driven by fees, not outcomes. Clients were being overlooked, collaboration between agencies was rare, and landlords often prioritised quick wins over long-term value.
That’s where the idea for Monday came in.
Josh launched Monday Real Estate with one goal: to completely reshape the client experience. No pressure. No ego. Just a service-first, results-driven approach where collaboration is encouraged, comms are split when needed, and getting the best result for the client always comes first.
When he’s not building the business, you’ll find Josh on the golf course, travelling somewhere sunny, or spending time with family and friends - usually with a flat white not too far away.
